Coldwell Banker McMahan uses Dotloop, a document sharing software program. Dotloop allows sales associates to prepare and share by email listing and sales paperwork and obtain electronic signatures from clients. A virtual file cabinet is created for each sales associate to access from their computer or on the go with the mobile site.
ZAP is an integrated platform for lead generation and client relationship management (CRM). Sales associates with Coldwell Banker McMahan will a personalized consumer search website and a personalized mobile app. Combined with the consumer search tools, sales associates may use the FREE CRM system to effectively stay in touch with their clients.
Voicepad is a mobile integrated site for lead generation and marketing. Consumers are able to call or text for information and photos on listings using a GPS powered mobile site. Voicepad is linked to social media like Facebook and Twitter so Coldwell Banker McMahan listings get even more exposure.
