Monica Underwood

Monica is a full time Realtor and Auctioneer with 21 years of experience.  Her vast knowledge in real estate enables her to provide her clients with the best service possible. She is a life time resident of central Kentucky serving Hardin, LaRue, Nelson, Taylor, Hart, and Green counties.  She will travel throughout Kentucky to serve her clients.

Specializing in residential and commercial real estate, auctions, farms, downsizing, investment properties, working with builders, and first-time home buyers, Monica is capable of meeting the needs of a variety of customers.  She is a graduate of LaRue County High School and has been a Realtor since 2001.  She attended A-Pass Weikel Institute.  She has been an auctioneer since 2001 and graduated from the Nashville Auctioneer School.

Monica is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Kentucky Auctioneers Association, Kentucky Realtors and Old Kentucky Home Board of Realtors.

Monica enjoys attending professional development seminars, community events, festivals, and auctions.  She also believes spending time with family is essential and a priority.  Having spent her entire life in the area, Monica knows the needs of the people who live in Kentucky.  She has seen the market fluctuate, understands the needs of her clientele and is skilled at guiding them to make the best decisions for their needs.

Monica is ambitious and highly motivated.  She pays great attention to detail and takes enormous pride in her work.  She believes there is nothing more important than a good, safe, and secure home.
