Brooke did an excellent job selling our house. The house sold the first weekend and we had mulitiple offers. She presented us with the offers. Our buyers were excellent. Brooke is knowledgeable about the process and advised us every step of the way. We closed a little over a month after our contract was signed. It was a smooth process with her guidance. I would highly recommend her.

Working with Brooke as our realtor really made the entire process so smooth. She was incredibly knowledgeable and assisted us every step of the way. We truly couldn’t have done it without her! When it came time to sell our house, her strategy and marketing plan were extremely beneficial to us. She helped us settle into our dream home and quickly sell our old home. I got with Brooke over a year ago to look for a patio home when I inquired about a property I seen on the internet. We found a new construction to purchase. This new construction was supposed to be finished in 6 months. The six months turned into a year. Brooke during the whole time was very supportive and was ALWAYS in touch and engaged. She made several phone calls on my behalf to try and get the process moving faster. In my opinion, she gave it her all for me. She was very personable and treated me with so much respect and more of a friend than a client. If I ever want to sell my new place, I will definitely contact her, and I will definitely recommend her services to everyone!!

Brooke was helpful every step of the way. The process of selling our home quickly became an avalanche that my wife and I were not ready for. We were looking and wanting to move but thought that it would be a slow process. Our house sold off market and the buyers really wanted to move in quicker than we had anticipated. We had 26 years of stuff in that house that needed to be packed or purged. We were wanting to be as accommodating as possible to the buyers. Brooke calmed us down, told us to continue to go at the pace we were going and that everything would work out just fine. And you know it did! She offered many suggestions to get our home ready for market showing. Any question we had, it did not matter what time of the day it was, Brooke got the answer for us. If someone is looking to sell their home, Brooke is your person to get the job done. She found the right buyers and got us more than our asking price! Is there a better combination than that? My wife and I feel that she was a God send to us. The right person at the right time to get things done in the right way!! If you are looking at this to find the right realtor, let me suggest that you look no further than Brooke Viehmann!!

I highly recommend Brooke Viehmann. She worked with both my brother and me in the purchase of our new homes. She’s knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took the time to get to know me and what kind of house and neighborhood I would be interested in. She always responded right away to my questions and requests. Together we found just the right house and negotiated a deal that made the seller and I both happy. She is definitely the realtor you want by your side!

I would like to recommend Brooke Viehmann. I worked with Brooke for over a year in a new home construction project, and Brooke was a joy to work with. She followed up relentlessly on items that need to be taken care of. She was extremely competent, forceful when she had to be, and efficient in getting the job done. When Brooke said it was going to happen, it did happen! She made an extremely stressful process much more palatable with her competence and great attitude.
