Our team is equipped to handle a wide range of projects, from simple repairs to complex removals and installations, including siding, gutters, and windows. If you encounter any other issues, we are more than willing to assess the situation and most likely help.

While the area boasts numerous roofing companies, we pride ourselves on being a small family-run business dedicated to providing personalized service.

Tom began his roofing career at a young age, working alongside his grandfather, a home builder. Guided by his grandfather's advice to “learn a little about everything,” Tom developed skills in various trades. Although he preferred to avoid muddy job sites, he discovered that working on roofs was a more enjoyable solution, ultimately igniting his passion for roofing. Both Tom and I have gained valuable experience working for other roofing companies but felt we could offer superior service with our own business. Together with our team of skilled and experienced tradesmen, Tom is committed to addressing your roofing needs promptly and diligently.

You can expect to work closely with both Tom and me for any repairs or total replacements. We stay informed about all evaluations, estimates, jobs, and repairs.

Tom will provide an honest assessment and recommendation for your roofing needs. If a simple repair can resolve the issue, that will be his recommendation. Although it may require a few attempts to identify the exact problem, we will persist until it is completely resolved. Tom is involved in most jobs, regardless of size, and he prioritizes honesty in his recommendations. He will never suggest filing an insurance claim unless he believes it is warranted due to storm damage. In some cases, he may advise you that there is a 50/50 chance of an insurance claim being approved. We understand that navigating insurance claims can be complex and daunting, and we are here to provide you with the necessary information and guidance through the process.

I will serve as your primary point of contact and will handle scheduling. While Tom is always willing to engage with clients, there may be times when he cannot answer his phone. I will ensure that you stay informed throughout the process and address any questions or concerns you may have. If needed, Tom will be available to meet with you onsite to discuss resolutions.

I am committed to maintaining our schedule; however, please keep in mind that circumstances on job sites can change unexpectedly, leading to potential delays. Additionally, weather-related restrictions may impact our timeline. I will keep you updated throughout.

As a homeowner, I understand the frustration of waiting on a contractor who does not communicate. I also recognize that, as realtors, you have time constraints. We will do our utmost to prioritize your needs and provide estimates and resolutions in a timely manner.
