Selling in the Snow

This time of year if you live where it snows, you need to take a few extra precautions in preparing your house for showings.  This was really on my mind this week when I went to several different houses and photographed them for some of our sales associates. Tracking snow into a house during a showing can pose quite a problem if preparations have not been made and tools aren't available . Keep the snow out. Your Email, Your Brand

The older I get, the bigger fussbudget I become. I dislike getting urban legend mail, or some cute dog eating a bowl of cake batter, or a even political cometary/jokes.  I don't like it in my personal email and I get very frustrated when I get those emails professionally. Welcome 2011!

I love this picture.  It really isn't the first image that comes to mind when starting off the new year for many people, or maybe it is... For me, I have been to the YMCA every day this week and will be heading there again tomorrow-so this does ring true.  Working towards a goal, in the image above, the finish line.
