The older I get, the bigger fussbudget I become.
I dislike getting urban legend mail, or some cute dog eating a bowl of cake batter, or a even political cometary/jokes. I don't like it in my personal email and I get very frustrated when I get those emails professionally.

Oh wow. I needed Windows Movie Maker for a project I am working on and realized that since my husband upgraded us to Windows 7, all the tools I used on XP weren’t there anymore. Rats! Virtual Tours and Videos are awesome ways to promote a listing. There isn’t any argument there. We have all seen the numbers about how listings with virtual tours and several property photos get more views than those that don’t. If you are not with a Broker who offers a video or virtual tour solution and are just starting out and building your business the cost of tours, equipment can add up quickly. I will freely admit that I am a photo organizational nut. I have Corel PaintShopPro Photo, Picasa, Adobe Elements and now I have downloaded the Windows Live Essentials Photo Gallery. I might need an intervention. Importing the images and tagging them can be done as soon as your camera his hooked up, great for naming a file of your kids baseball game or your newest listing!
