Hi! My name is Carrie Lepore, a Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker McMahan in Central Kentucky. I was born and raised here and love the family roots I have planted in this area. I spent most of my 20’s moving around the country but life found its way of bringing me back home. I am so grateful!
My first dabble in Real Estate was at age 20 when my three brothers and I bought a house to flip. It was in that process that I found my love for all things Real Estate! Since then I’ve flipped, I’ve bought, I’ve sold, I’ve decorated and I LOVE it all!
I went to UPike in Pikeville, KY for my undergraduate degree which is in Business Management where I also played Women’s Basketball. After that I ventured to Jacksonville, FL where I got an MBA from Jacksonville University. From there I moved to Los Angeles, then Atlanta, Lexington Virginia and now I’m back “home.”
Life outside of Real Estate for me consists of a sweet (& wild!) little girl named Giuliana & her sweet (& sassy!) little sister, Naomi along with a whole lot of basketball! My husband, Steve Lepore, is a Men’s Basketball Coach at Eastern Kentucky University and we absolutely love the game.
It has been an incredible honor to stand alongside so many people in and around my town through their journey to buy or sell their home. I feel part of something special in their lives and it truly means the world to me.
