Hello! I’m Alyssa Boley and I have been helping people in Winchester and Central/Eastern Kentucky buy and sell homes since 2008. I love that my job allows me to help others and meet new clients. Over the years, many of my clients have become lifelong friends. My clients expect and deserve my full attention and I pride myself on taking care of all the details. This allows my clients to enjoy the experience and hopefully have fun along the way. When I am working with buyers, my number one priority is finding them their “perfect” home. And when it comes time to sell, I work very hard to get my clients the best possible price for their home. Communication is very important in any real estate transaction. I always to try answer my phone, and if I am with another client, I return calls immediately. I was referred to Alyssa from someone who had nothing but great things to say about her. Once I initially made contact my schedule was super busy, so for me it was hard to stay in touch at all times. She remained patient with me and reached out at the most perfect times. Once I was officially ready to take off in the market she then provided me with many options in multiple different areas. I was not familiar with the area so when we went to look she provided a good picture of what would be great areas for kids etc. once I decided on a home I was adamant about the utilities and the average pay and school systems. She provided me every information I needed the next day. When needed inspection done and things fixed around the house, she was able to basically do the work for me almost and allow me to transition in the home buying process very easily! By far a great experience buying with Alyssa. And she got me goodies after everything was completed!!!
