I can't really imagine a better realtor than Matt. Consummate knowledge of the Oldham County area, well-versed in housing code, up-to-date on technology, and a gentleman. Matt was able to see through the veneer of a house to what was most important, which helped our thought process. He's careful and thoughtful when it comes to financials.
