I’m Amelia Willhite Fischer, a real estate agent proudly serving Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana. As a licensed professional in both Kentucky and Indiana, I bring a wealth of experience and local knowledge to help you navigate the real estate market.
I’ve earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation, which demonstrates my expertise in working with buyers to find the perfect home. Additionally, as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) specialist, I’m well-equipped to assist clients in difficult situations, offering guidance and solutions for distressed properties.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent several years as a retail buyer and merchandiser for a locally owned college bookstore, where I developed a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of client needs. These skills have translated seamlessly into my real estate career, where I provide exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for my clients.
Outside of real estate, I’m a passionate animal lover with two dogs and three cats. I’m deeply involved in rescuing and rehoming cats, and I’m always looking for ways to make a difference in the lives of animals in need.
Whether you're buying, selling, or facing a more complex real estate situation, I'm here to help. Let's work together to make your real estate dreams a reality.

Amelia made the search for my family and I first time home buying a breeze. She aimlessly worked with our schedules and always was on the lookout for properties to match our families needs. Especially with so many wants and needs we had. I am greatly appreciative to have had her as my realtor. She is even available after the closing and ensure that’s our safety in the home buying process was the most important. Thank you so much for our new home ????????

Amelia made my first home buying experience wonderful! I was anxious and had tons of questions, all of which she answered fully. She was also great about getting showings quickly after homes went on the market. I will definitely work with her in the future!
