ABOUT ME

I have been married to a very spontaneous fella for over 20 years and we have a combined 6 children (his, hers & ours!), 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandson!! I moved to the Louisville area in 1996 with a job transfer at Humana from Green Bay Wisconsin, so I understand the uncertainty of moving to a new town! 

I have degrees in Business Management & Marketing. I love learning and routinely take far and above the required yearly continuing education to stay at the top of my game!

I became a licensed REALTOR in 2000 just before 9/11 and learned quickly how fast an industry can change literally overnight. 

In 2004 we founded and currently own & operate Margaret's Moving & Storage. I stepped back from active real estate to build it to the 2nd largest moving company in Kentucky running 10-12 crews and 45 employees per day. 

In my 24 years of being in real estate not only have I represented buyers and sellers, but I have bought and renovated numerous personal and investment properties. We have rental properties in 2 different states in 3 different cities and have 3 projects currently underway. 

I love everything about real estate and my role as a problem solver. 

I love the intricacy of the negotiation process!

I **PARTICULARLY** love helping a family get into their first home because I know that home ownership is one of the keys to building generational wealth. I know how to find the right loan programs and navigate the confusing process of home buying.
