Ana was the best. She helped us buy and sell two homes. She is pleasant and easy to work with, and she has extensive knowledge and experience of the real estate market. If we still lived in Kentucky, she’d be our first choice to work with.

Ana was recommended to us by a friend, and they couldn't have been more right! She helped guide my husband and me through our first time buying a house. She found us great locations, explained the process, and answered any questions we had promptly and clearly, and when we were set on what we wanted Ana made things work quickly and professionally. Above all else, Ana has a beautiful attitude, and personal care for you getting the house you'll love. She's a delight to work with!

Working with Ana was a pleasure from our first phone contact. Relocating from California we knew no one in the Lexington area. Ana was referred to us by our realtor in California a fellow CB realtor. Based on our wants and needs in our new home, Ana sent us listings on a daily basis. She even did walk throughs with us on 3 homes via FaceTime since we were not in KY yet. In addition when we did a scouting trip to Lexington she met us at our hotel and showed us the homes we wanted to see. Business reasons delayed our relocation to Lexington so we did not end up purchasing a home there, but when we revisit this move we will DEFINITELY call Ana first thing! Ana is super knowledgeable about the area and what to look for in a home. She was very communicative and on top of every detail. I look forward to working with Ana again in the future!!!

Ana was the agent I needed! I am a younger woman buying my first home and was worried about being taken seriously and getting the service I needed. Ana went above and beyond for me. She answered my calls, texts, etc in a timely manner and always kept me in the loop. When it came to buying my home, her go-getter personality shown through and made the experience much less daunting and even easy. She even gave wonderful referrals for an inspector, loan officer (she was great!), roofer that I ended up using. I deeply appreciate her being my real estate agent for my first home and personally would recommend her to anyone! Especially first time buyers! Thank you Ana!

Ana is amazing. She has gone above and beyond what was expected of her. She is a pleasure to work with, and she is very organized and timely. She is very responsive and she has worked so hard, and kept me informed at every update. She has time and time again worked with me through difficult circumstances, and provided great feedback and suggestions when I was not sure about things. She is knowledgeable, capable, thorough, and thinks a few steps ahead. I was asked to choose between 3 agents for a relocation, and she was easily my preference, and I have not regretted the decision even once.

I was in the process of relocating across the country and began working with Ana while looking for our new home. I can't even list all of the issues and concerns that were going through my mind with such a move, but working with Ana quickly removed any concerns with our home purchasing/finding process. Ana could not have been more responsive, helpful, and flexible with our working relationship. Any expectation or hope that I had for a realtor she continually exceeded. Her knowledge and expertise with the process as well as the area were invaluable to helping us find our perfect home. Her attention to detail and responsive follow up with outstanding items/questions assured me that everything would go smoothly and be taken care of. I would absolutely refer Ana to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.

Ana was a great resource and realtor helping us find a home for our family in the greater Lexington, Kentucky area. We were moving for my husband's job from Ohio which is a stressful situation especially with young children, pregnancy and a new city involved. Ana was incredibly flexible with her schedule and would always find time to show us listings that we were interested in even at the last minute. This market is very difficult for many buyers but Ana remained calm, cool and collected. She also recommended some great resources for home cleaning, painters, handymen, and various local trustworthy business services. I definitely recommend Ana for any of your home buying or selling needs since she is very familiar with the greater Lexington market.

Ana was with us for our long-distance (1000mi) move from the start, beginning by showing us around when we were in town knowing that we would not be in a position to buy for nearly a year, and then continuing to be in touch with us over phone and email for months as our move became more solid. When the time came to commit to a house, Ana worked around our very tight schedule and showed us many properties in the short time we had available to visit - because of this prioritization, we found the perfect place for our family and were able to complete our move. Although we had an intense schedule, we never felt rushed, and we appreciated how upfront and no-nonsense Ana was in sharing her opinions and listening to ours...all this genuine attention resulted in a very smooth transaction and a great new house! Ana is awesome!

Ana was so great from the very beginning of this very long process of finding/closing on our home. Always worked with our schedules perfectly and made sure to point out all the details about a home that would potentially be an issue for us down the road. With Ana's help, we have found a home that has everything we could have asked for. And not once did she make me feel like just another client. Since day one Ana was so much more than just our realtor. She was our friend. And friends always want what's best for each other, and that is exactly what she got us.

Professionalism: she always remained professional during all communication. Attention to Detail: She knew what to look for while searching for a new home. She also ensured all paperwork was done on time and in order so there were no delays on either closings. Getting Ana to help purchase our first home was hands-down one of the best decisions we've ever made. From the very start she was extremely helpful, explaining the process in detail '? sometimes multiple times if we didn't understand. She is extremely responsive to texts, emails and calls. When we started touring homes she was honest and always straightforward. If she didn't think a property was a good match, she would always tell us her honest opinion. Once we settled on a home, she made sure to write the offer in a timely manner and also gave us her professional opinion on how to get it accepted in this hot market. Throughout the process she was fantastic. From beginning to end she was all we could ever ask for. Not to mention, she was very personable and made what could be a very stressful process actually enjoyable. Would 100% recommend Ana to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. You will be glad you did. Couldn't ask for more from a real estate agent! She knows her stuff, answers questions extremely quickly and just makes the home-buying process as stress-free and fun as possible! She was always available to us even late in the evening (several times we talked at 10 or 11 o'clock) and on the weekends! Would highly recommend to anyone!

My wife and I have now used Ana on two separate real estate transactions (both buying and selling). We couldn't be happier with the services she has provided to us. From day one, she has always been professional and responsive. We appreciate how realistic Ana was when laying out the current pros and cons of our home and the current market conditions. Ana used numerous marketing platforms when selling our recent house that other realtors don't provide. We were so happy with Ana that we recommended her to our friends for 4 other real estate transactions. When Ana says she is going to do something, she does it, and some. If you go with Ana, I am sure you will not be disappointed. If we ever move back to the central Kentucky area, she will be one of the first people we call!
