I grew up here in Central Kentucky and I've been serving Lexington, Winchester, Richmond and Georgetown and all the areas within a reasonable range of Central Kentucky since 2005, adapting to the areas rapid growth and changing economy all while maintaining exacting standards and integrity as a full time agent.

Serena was my realtor in the most challenging of circumstances, & she far surpassed my expectations. The Fed was constantly raising rates, my house had falling plaster ceilings which I couldn't afford to repair/replace, & it took 3 commercial moving vans to move everything to my new home out-of-town, but I had only moved 2 loads before the house was under contract. So my house wasn't entirely vacant while it was on the market. I had balcony doors upstairs that would blow open if it was very windy outside, & a front door that was easy for me to close but impossible for others to close, so she would check after each showing to make sure that the front door was, in fact, locked & closed. Inevitably, she would find that it wasn't. Finding a dependable person to mow for me was another challenge that Serena managed for me because my back gates stayed locked, so she would meet the mowing guy at the house to let him in to mow & then lock the gates when he was done. I could give you 100 more examples of how Serena went far beyond her contractual obligations to help me during the most difficult year of my life. I've worked with many realtors over the years, & Serena is in that elite group at the top, in my opinion. If I ever move back to Winchester, I'll definitely call Serena to find me a new house. I highly recommend Serena if you're buying or selling real estate. She's the best!

Serena went above and beyond, not only as a realtor but also a friend, she provided her expertise with her years of experience in the industry on what I needed to do to my house to help it sell quickly and for the most amount of money. Serena cares about her clients as well as she advised me on the purchase of a home several years ago even when I got cold feet, she was right, it turned out to be an excellent investment. If you want friend and not just a realtor, choose Serena.
