Kim did an exceptional job listing our mother's home. She was patient and supportive until we were ready to sell. Kim stayed in constant communication with us during the entire process and ensured that they home was displayed beautifully for all to see. The house was under contract within 10 days of being on the market-due largely in part to Kim's ability to promote and negotiate between the seller and the buyer. If you're planning to sell, I highly recommend using Kim as your realtor.

Kimberly was fantastic. She knew what she was doing. This was my first time buying, and i was clueless. Kimberly explained everything to me in a very detailed manor about what i needed to do before purchasing. I had asked her about an inspection, and she not only explained it, but even had an inspector contact me to set everything up. Anytime i had any questions she responded in a very timely manor even if it was super early, or later in the evening or at night. Kimberly treated the entire process as professional as you can get. Her negotiating skills are pretty solid. Kimberly negotiated the seller into paying the closing costs for me. If i ever buy another house, or decide to sell i will definitely be using her as my agent again.

Kim was always very fast to respond to any and all concerns. She does a very good job of keeping in touch and providing timely updates throughout the entire home buying process. While working with her it was apparent she spent a lot of time doing her best to streamline the process in order to help complete the purchase of a new home. It was my first time purchasing a home and she was a very large help the entire time.
