He even helped to paint some areas on the siding that were peeling and way up high (big old two story house). However, being that we lived in TN and did not have much knowledge on older homes, we were having some difficulty. Stephen came in and saved the day. He guided us through the entire process and gave his first-hand knowledge of what to look for in the town and also while purchasing an older home. His insight made us feel completely at ease. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as straight forward and easy going as possible.
