Joey has had 13 years of experience around the Bardstown Ky area and has in depth knowledge of properties going back a number of years. He was very supportive and knowledgeable when we were involved in making an offer/counter offer. He has a good sense of humor, is not pushy, and is a professional when it comes to real estate. I recommend him highly.

Joey made our moving experience extremely pleasurable. We were planing a long distance move and he was able to find us a home in only one weekend of shopping. Joey helped us every step of the way, being almost 900 miles away we couldn't be here for a number of things and without question Joey and his team took care of it for us. Moving to Bardstown we didn't have an engineer or a closing lawyer. We called Joey and with one phone call all was resolved. He treated us like friends and he made it easy to put our trust in him . When it came time to close we were able to do so over the phone and we closed without a hitch. This is our 3rd home but by far the best buying experience.
