What an amazing experience! The Weil Team and especially Katie were exceptional throughout our home sales. We were impressed with the initial conversation and the professional guidance throughout the entire process. Her advice on how to stage the house, the helpful checklists, the well written listing tailored to attract buyers, the professionally taken photos and the invaluable advice during the contract and closing – we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We sold the house within 3 days and closed shortly after without any issues. Katie certainly knows the local market, lays out the steps in an easy-to-understand way, is always available and provides professional advice. Katie Weil and her team were there with us through our home selling journey and move to the West Coast from Louisville. Katie is a thorough professional and a very experienced real estate broker. She was persistent, responsive and very helpful in getting our home sold in a very tough real estate environment. She provided direction and really made this journey easy for us. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent without any reservations .

I cannot say how grateful and pleased I am with Katie as our realtor. We were in town for only 2 days to look for a house and with just a few days notice right after the holidays, Katie had everything we wanted to see all set up for showings. The house we really wanted to look at went under contract the day we arrived and we were disappointed and feeling kind of down but Katie rallied and found 2 more listings that night. We ended up buying one of those! Katie was very knowledgable about things unfamiliar to us regarding homes and processes in the area as we would be moving from the northeast. The entire process was seamless with Katie answering my calls and texts immediately.I knew what to expect every step of the way right through the closing. I would HIGHLY recommend her and her team!!
