I highly recommend Ed Garrett, and I don’t make recommendations lightly. Ed helped me sell a home in Louisville while I lived over 800 miles away. Ed is incredibly knowledgeable about the industry in general and about the Greater Louisville Area in particular. He consistently exercises sound, reasonable judgment, is genuine and sincere, and acts in good faith, all of which inspire the utmost confidence in him. While he is a busy man, he always kept me in the loop, responded to me in a timely manner, and patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns. Even though I had no prior experience selling a home, Ed respected and duly considered all of my opinions and input, and we worked well as a team. I have already recommended Ed to at least one other person.

Couldn't say enough great things about working with Garretts Realty! We had the pleasure of working with both Ed and Nathan during our home purchase. We were moving across the country and they were there for us every step of the way from providing spot on recommendations of homes that checked all of our boxes to working through all the details and negotiations throughout. With us living over 15 hours away during this process, Nathan even tour a few homes, sent us photos and did a video walk-through with us! Completely above and beyond all of our expectations! Ed was our Purchase Agent during the sale of our home in Florida and the purchase of our new home in Kentucky. He was always responsible to my phone calls, emails, as well as the frantic, demanding emails from my Florida Realtor! I doubt that this sale/purchase would have happened without Ed's supervision and negotiations. He was immediately attentive to our every need. We would highly recommend him and his Company.

Ed and Nathan did a fantastic job with both getting us into our new home in Crestwood as well as selling our previous home. They took marvelous pictures which helped sell our home with multiple offers in a weekends time. They were also very useful in helping find local contacts to do inspection and minor repairs.
