I would like to make a few very positive comment’s in regards to Janet Elder and her profound professionalism as a Realtor.At the onset of our initial introduction to Janet she came across as interested in how she could best help us. Her calm demeanor and attention to what we said about the house was duly noted. Janet asked a lot of questions as well as having many suggestions on the best way to prepare the house for sale. Every one of her suggestions turned out to be solid advice. Another positive was her wide range of resources for finding contractors to do minor upgrades to better prepare the house for sale. Her dedication to her profession provided us with a quick sale in this turbulent market. Janet proved to us that she was a true professional and we asked her to find a home for our nephew and wife who lived in Florida. Since my nephew and wife were not able to look at houses in person because of their job it was up to Janet and myself. We took their suggestions and perused the market of houses trying to narrow down which one was best for them. Janet showed much patience in trying to find the best house, which was exhausting at times, but she never once said a negative word. We just kept looking for the right home, right price and perfect location. Her diligence and hard work paid off with a home that they absolutely love. Professionalism, diligence and attention to detail is how I would best describe Janet in how she worked for us. I would definitely recommend her to anyone. Janet is a winner!Tina V.

Working with Janet, I never felt out of the loop. Whether you are buying or selling, you want a person like Janet representing you. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Most of all, she is genuinely engaged in the client/Realtor relationship and was supportive throughout the whole process.

Janet made me and my partner David feel very welcome and at ease as clients from the very beginning. She is a very friendly and professional Realtor who closely follows the purchase process from the offer to closing. She was there in person for the inspection and worked closely with the listing broker to negotiate an attractive deal. We would definitely hire her again.
