Troy Frazier

Growing up in Louisville in a real estate family, I am continuing the tradition of serving buyers and sellers in Metro Louisville and the surrounding areas of Oldham, Henry, Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer, Meade, Nelson & Hardin counties.   I work in both residential and commercial real estate as well as with real estate investors.  

I am a licensed sales associate in Kentucky and member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, Kentucky Realtors & the National Association of Realtors.  

Before starting my real estate business, my professional background has been in coaching & teaching.  I am currently a high school teacher with Jefferson County Public Schools & coach varsity baseball at Butler High School.  I've played collegiate and professional baseball and have coached high school and collegiate baseball.  My professional background equips me with a number of skills that benefit my real estate clients including:  expertise in negotiation strategy and superior organization skills.  My goal is to deliver unparalleled service on behalf of my real estate clients...creating a client for life.  I will be your Realtor from your first home all the way through all of your life stages in real estate.
