I have over forty years of sales experience in the retail market, and I am using that sales experience to develop a positive customer service experience in buying or selling your home for you. I spent 43 years with the JCPenney Company (37 years in the management field) and experienced multiple relocations. That experience has helped me understand my client’s buying and selling frustrations. Using a “Customer First” philosophy and attitude has helped me manage successful stores in the past and will be an intricate part of my real estate selling process.
I started my real estate career as a licensee in Ohio working in the Columbus/Newark market areas in 2014. In 2022, my wife and I relocated to Kentucky to live closer to our family. I enjoy helping others with their real estate needs, so I also obtained my Kentucky real estate license. My focus is to serve clients in the Greater Louisville and the surrounding areas.
I am a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. I am a current member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In my business travels, I have served on the executive boards for the United Way and YMCA and a former member of the Rotary club.

Mr. Rex Fetzner, worked with me on selling my house, Thanks to his expertise, market knowledge, negotiation skills, and excellent communication. He always explained every step of the process in a very professional and respectful manner. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to sell my house for the asking price in hours after hitting the market. It went up around noon, 4/14, first show at 5:00 pm. That same day. We got an offer the very next day, in less than 24 hours!

10/10 recommend working with Rex! Rex is very knowledgeable of the community and market. As soon as we inquired about listing, he sat up a meeting to learn more about us and home. Rex sold our home in less than 3 weeks AND got us an offer over asking price! Rex was great communicating updates and timelines to us. During the process of selling our home, we moved out of state and Rex assisted in checking on our home and checking the mail. He was able to put our minds at ease knowing back in Kentucky everything was in good hands! Rex was alway available and really made our sell feel like his top priority. We are very appreciative for his efforts! Rex even helped us load up our U-Haul the day we moved out! Again, 10/10 recommend working with Rex!
