I have over forty years of sales experience in the retail market, and I am using that sales experience to develop a positive customer service experience in buying or selling your home for you. I spent 43 years with the JCPenney Company (37 years in the management field) and experienced multiple relocations. That experience has helped me understand my client’s buying and selling frustrations. Using a “Customer First” philosophy and attitude has helped me manage successful stores in the past and will be an intricate part of my real estate selling process.
I started my real estate career as a licensee in Ohio working in the Columbus/Newark market areas in 2014. In 2022, my wife and I relocated to Kentucky to live closer to our family. I enjoy helping others with their real estate needs, so I also obtained my Kentucky real estate license. My focus is to serve clients in the Greater Louisville and the surrounding areas.
I am a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. I am a current member of the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. In my business travels, I have served on the executive boards for the United Way and YMCA and a former member of the Rotary club.
