I know at times we all feel like that dude.
One of the cool things about Coldwell Banker McMahan is the technology classes that are offered every month. The agents and managers "vote" on what technology or online services they want to learn more about and our Marketing Director, Molly McMahan-puts a class together.

Last month we had a presentation on social media and how the internet is changing not only the way we live, but how we do business.
The stats (according the presenter) on the number of real estate agents who use and engage in social media is pretty depressing- with 60% not using social media at all. Only 10% of Realtors nationwide use Facebook.
I was proud to discover that Coldwell Banker McMahan has over 40% of our agent population on facebook. We also have tweeters and bloggers and people on LinkedIn.
