One of the hardest things to do when interviewing a broker and a company to work with in your real estate career is to keep track of all of the information. How do the different companies stack up? Did I remember to ask Company A about office fees, or was that Company B? We have created a checklist that might help keep some of that information straight. You can download it here.

Incredible New Feature

Today the internets are buzzing with the release of the new coldwellbanker.com site.  It is still in beta but wow, some exciting new features. Now is a great opportunity to go view the site and offer feedback on the released features. My personal favorite is BlueScape. The program will take you through a series of images that you can mark thumbs up or thumbs down. Based on those selections....It is a like Pandora for Real Estate!
