I was shopping for a new brokerage when two of my fellow agents insisted that I talk to Marge Constantine at Coldwell Banker McMahan. I was skeptical at first because the office was in New Albany and I specialize in Jeffersonville, but, on their recommendation, I scheduled an appointment. I had already made up my mind to make a move to another agency when I went to talk to Marge. Her professional demeanor, the environment in the office and the attitude of TEAM from the other agents sold me. Real estate careers are made up of more than commission. It is family, people wo are there to support you and make a difference on those not so good days.
That is what Marge has built.
So, my story is more about why I am still with Coldwell Banker McMahan than why I joined. Everything promised in our interview was delivered as stated and that was just the begining. From professional training, to multi-office support, administrative staff and an open door to a non-competing broker the list goes on and on. Nothing I have asked has been overlooked, every issue that has come up has been addressed professionally and our management team is always supportive of their agents.
I feel like I am home.
There are so many benefits to being pafrt of a "family" and that is what Coldwell Banker McMahan offers me.
